Verification Central

Verification Central is dedicated to ASIC verification. It was established in May 2001. The first book from Verification Central is the best selling book on ASIC verification, "The Art of Verification with Vera".

The second book is "The Art of Verification with SystemVerilog Assertions."

We firmly believe in teaching by example and teaching the ASIC verification community about the important techniques and technologies.

About the Authors

Faisal Haque has over 20 years experience in high-level verification and design of complex networking hardware. He spent over 10 years working at Cisco Systems designing and verifying complex systems. He is currently working at Qualcomm, involved in the design and verification of wireless SoCs. He received his bachelors in electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

Jonathan Michelson has over 15 years experience verifying complex designs and writing verification infrastructure tools. He was co-designer of a verification language and methodology at Silicon Graphics. He is currently at Cisco Systems designing and verifying complex systems. He received his bachelors and masters degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
